Torre d’Orlando is the brand under which the company of the Dotto family, would like to promote the excellence, the farm products and the territory in which it is immersed.
The farm was founded at the beginning of 1900 and it stands out ever since in the Treviso territory as a producer of quality vegetables.
Choose to specialize in the production of “Red Radicchio of Treviso” in the early ’80, enjoying great rewards and awards soon, thanks to this typical vegetable.
In 2000 was inaugurated the new and current Headquarters, in order to satisfy the many consumers who already wanted to buy the “Radicchio Dotto” directly from the farm and visit the entire production chain.
In 2012 the company grows further, creating a decidedly cutting-edge processing site, which aims to increase the quality in order to meet the needs of various markets.
The company started the agrituristic activity with the Farm Holidays “il Cascinale”. The facility welcomes tourists offering them the opportunity to buy fresh products, know the company and enjoy typical Veneto specialities directly in our tables. Having the good fortune of being located in a strategic point, tourists who choose us can easily reach the main centres of cultural interest: first Venice, which doesn’t need descriptions, but also the historic centre of Treviso or his province with the Venetian Villas, the gallery of plaster casts and the temple of Canova in Possagno, Asolo, the prosecco hills and many other beauties. For nature lovers, there is the opportunity to pursue naturalistic trails, places where you can relax and regenerate.
Today, now in its Fourth Generation, the Dotto Company still look at the future, sure that they will always continue to invest, having as a main objective the quality improvement and promotion of its products.
The company is just 4 km from the historic centre of Treviso, in an area that can be defined as ideal and that is in effect the heartbeat of the production of Red Radicchio of Treviso, whose company, a member of the Consortium, boast the certification of “I.G.P.” (protected geographical indication). The company is also immersed in the Regional Park of the Sile River, denoting the healthiness and the uniqueness of the environments in which they carry out all of its production processes.
